Recently, we have decided to partner up with Amazon Transparency to help prevent counterfeit versions of our products being sent out to customers.

Transparency is a product serialisation tool that helps identify a products authenticity. Every code that is generated is recorded so that the information can be used to authenticate products. If a unit fails the Transparency authentication, it will be investigated and any suspected counterfeits will be handled in accordance with Amazon’s anti-counterfeiting policies.

Amazon will scan the unique 2D data matrix code present on the product’s packaging to ensure only authentic products are dispatched. Customers can also authenticate any product by using the Amazon shopping app or the Transparency app for iOS and Android. When you scan the code, the app will show a green tick if the code is valid and a red X if it is not. It will also provide information such as the manufacturing date, manufacturing place and more product details.

Due to the fact we have had multiple instances of counterfeit versions of our e liquid brands such as Jungle Juice and our award winning brand Cider Farms being sold to our customers, we have been working closely with Amazon to ensure that you are receiving exactly what you have ordered from us. Our high quality e liquid flavours such as Blue Lagoon, Red Lagoon and Black Lagoon are produced in our ISO 7 clean room using food grade ingredients that are from tracable sources and fit for human consumption, whereas counterfeit e liquid is more than likely manufactured in unhygenic conditions using ingredients that are of unknown origin, unregulated and non-tracable.

If you end up vaping contaminated and unregulated e liquid, you could potentially be consuming unwanted and harmful chemicals that can cause health problems. We like to think of our customers as our family so your wellbeing and happiness is our main priority.

These counterfeit manufacturers are only in it to make some quick money, so they will happily disregard any laws and regulations just to make money off the back of law abiding businesses and don’t care about the consumers health. Never mind the damage they’re causing and the bad name they’re giving to the vape industry.

We’re hoping that this partnership with Amazon Transparency will bring an end to counterfeit e liquids being processed and shipped out to you. By working closely with Amazon, we want to finally stop these disingenuous manufacturers in their tracks and make sure that only high quality, authentic e liquid reaches your doorstep.

We pride ourselves in being as open and honest as we possibly can with our customers. So when an issue like this comes up, we take it very seriously.

We hope that this new partnership will help you have some peace of mind when you're ordering our variety of E liquid brands and flavours off of Amazon.

We arrived in Dubai to attend the vape show. The vibe was epic, we got chance to catch up with everyone whom we've only ever spoken to virtually (thanks to Covid) but none the less, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to everyone and checking out the stands and other products.

Jen always said that when the day came, she would like to be laid to rest on top of a mountain overlooking a valley... It came too soon.

Some more good news for us vapers!

In a new trial designed to help people quit smoking, patients in A&E - whatever they are being treated for - will be offered a free device and taught how to use them. They will also be supplied with enough e-liquid to last a week.
