Vaping CBD...
One of the first things to understand about CBD is that it affects everyone differently.
CBD takes a while to build up in your system so it's important to use CBD once or twice a day, every day. You may not see results immediately, it's a waiting game.
So the most effective way of vaping CBD is through a mouth-to-lung device, coils 1ohm or higher are best. This allows the CBD to be slowly absorbed into your body. The effects from vaping CBD last approx 2-3 hours, but when it's working you'll know.. And you'll know when you need a top up.
Although you can mix CBD in with your favourite E Liquid, it's advised not to mix CBD with nicotine. The effects from the nicotine will counteract the effects of the CBD meaning, you vaping CBD will be irrelevant and a waste of money. No one likes wasting money, don't be that guy.
